Our firm was established by professionals who had spent decades inside Morocco’s key economic institutions — ministries, regulatory agencies, investment bodies, regional authorities, and development banks. We saw, firsthand, how often well-intentioned projects failed not because of a lack of resources, but because of a lack of the right guidance at critical moments.

We created this advisory firm to fill that gap across three levels of Morocco’s investment ecosystem. To be the partner that governments call when they need to reform their investment climate. That investors call when they need to navigate administrative procedures and access public support. That regional institutions call when they need to build credible strategies to attract and sustain economic activity.

Today, we operate across Morocco’s major economic centres and maintain active relationships with advisory networks in Europe, the Gulf, and Sub-Saharan Africa.
