This experience gives him an unusually complete understanding of what it takes to establish and scale an industrial project — from the earliest feasibility stage through to full operational performance.
Through his firm NSN Consulting & Expertise, and now as a Senior Advisor at WL Advisory, he accompanies international investors and industrial groups at every stage of their project in Morocco — from initial scoping and site selection to administrative navigation, public grant access, and institutional relationship management. He currently leads the operational transformation of a battery manufacturing facility in Morocco, overseeing its return to full industrial performance across production volumes, quality, organisation, and team management.
