Lahcen Addamouss is WL Advisory\u2019s advisor on financial governance, audit, and compliance \u2014 bringing the rigour of a certified public accountant and the practical insight of a seasoned management consultant to the firm\u2019s Investment Climate & Governance Advisory practice.<\/span><\/p>

His academic credentials are among the most demanding in the profession: a Dipl\u00f4me d\u2019Expertise Comptable from the Acad\u00e9mie de Paris, a DSCG from the Universit\u00e9 de Bordeaux, and a DSGC from the Conservatoire National des Arts et M\u00e9tiers \u2014 a progression that reflects both his technical depth and his commitment to the highest professional standards in financial management and audit. As Managing Director of MyFinance Consulting since 2021, he leads statutory audit, financial advisory, and management consulting mandates for Moroccan and international clients. His earlier career \u2014 spanning 10 years as Finance and Accounting Manager in a major industrial group in the Tanger-T\u00e9touan-Al Hoceima region, and four years as Operations Planner at APM Terminals \u2014 gives him a rare combination of financial and operational expertise that goes well beyond the standard audit practice.<\/span><\/p>

At WL Advisory, he works with public institutions and private sector clients on the financial governance and compliance dimensions of the investment climate \u2014 including the design of internal financial control frameworks, audit readiness, and the financial transparency standards that institutional investors and development finance institutions require before committing capital. He also contributes to WL Advisory\u2019s capacity-building work as a Professor of Finance at HEM and the \u00c9cole Marocaine des Sciences de l\u2019Ing\u00e9nieur.<\/span><\/p>

PROJECT ESTABLISHMENT & DEVELOPMENT ADVISORY \u2014 Lhoussaine has accompanied investors, entrepreneurs, and intermediary institutions across the full project lifecycle \u2014 from market scoping and ecosystem analysis through to project selection, structuring, and capacity building. As a consultant for the World Bank at the CRI Oriental and CRI Beni Mellal-Khenifra, he strengthened the institutional capacity of Morocco\u2019s regional investment centres to attract and support investors. As a consultant for CBI Netherlands, he led strategic scoping studies identifying high-potential sectors for export development. As an evaluator for the Challenge Fund for Youth Employment, he assessed investment and entrepreneurship projects for financial viability, scalability, and impact.<\/span><\/p>

TERRITORIAL ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT \u2014 Lhoussaine has worked at the territorial scale across Morocco and beyond \u2014 designing regional investment diagnostics, supporting open government and transparency reforms at the Regional Council level, and building the analytical tools that regions need to position themselves competitively. His design of Morocco\u2019s first regional investment climate barometer \u2014 a decision-support and benchmarking tool facilitating structured public-private dialogue \u2014 is emblematic of his approach: combining rigorous data, institutional engagement, and practical usability to strengthen the territorial investment environment.<\/span><\/p>
