Trained at the École Nationale de Commerce et de Gestion de Tanger and holding a research Master’s in Management Sciences, she combines methodological rigour with extensive field experience across Morocco’s development landscape. Her approach integrates quantitative and qualitative analysis to help clients understand not only what their programmes achieve, but why — and how frameworks can be redesigned for greater impact and accountability.
At WL Advisory, she leads programme feasibility assessments, designs monitoring frameworks and success metrics, and conducts independent programme evaluations for ministries, public agencies, and international development partners — ensuring that reform agendas are grounded in evidence, not assumption.
